Machinery Management Software
The goal of these projects was to create machinery management software that allowed for remote engineering support for troubleshooting, scope planning, project definitions, management of change, and more. Customers and engineers were granted access to view machine status, service history and current / resolved issues or corrective scopes with ease. The application was primarily used on-site with a tablet device, while management and preparation could also be managed from a desktop login. Experience in this project lead to a consultant and UX Design role on a similar app.
