The system gave customers and engineers centralised access to machinery status, service history, current and resolved issues, corrective scopes, project definitions and management-of-change information.
The platform was designed primarily for on-site tablet use, while planning, management and preparation could also be completed from desktop systems.
Experience gained through this project later led to a consulting and UX design role on a related industrial application.
